At Kasreya we want every client to feel confident. This Refund Policy explains exactly when and how refunds are processed for our Starter, Growth and Signature packages.
1. Full Refund (No Work Started)
If no work has been started on your project — meaning no domain has been registered and no design or development work has begun — you are entitled to a 100% full refund of the amount paid.
2. Partial Refund Rules

| Domain already registered | Full amount − (domain registration cost + service charge) |
| No work started at all | 100% full amount |
Service Charge covers the administrative and processing work done by Kasreya. Domain registration cost is the actual fee paid to the domain registrar.
3. Settlement Timeline
Important: All refund claims must be settled between the client and Kasreya within 1 (one) day of the refund request being raised. After this period, the claim may be considered closed.
4. How to Request a Refund
- Email us at hello@kasreya.in with your order details and reason for the refund request.
- We will review and respond within 24 hours.
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days (subject to payment gateway timelines).
5. Non-Refundable Items
- Domain registration fees once the domain has been registered.
- Service charges once any work has commenced.
- Third-party costs already incurred (premium themes, plugins, stock images, etc.).
6. When Refunds May Be Denied
- Client provided incorrect information that caused work to be done.
- Request is made after project completion and final delivery.
- Evidence of abuse of the refund policy.
7. Package-Specific Notes
- Starter (₹2,499) — Includes .in domain + 1 year hosting.
- Growth (₹2,999) — Includes .in domain + 1 year hosting + monthly maintenance.
- Signature (₹9,999) — Includes any domain extension + priority hosting + deeper SEO + priority support.
Once domain registration or design work has started on any package, the partial refund rules above apply.
