1. About Our Services
Kasreya provides professional website design and related digital services for shops, clinics, service businesses and growing brands. Our packages are:
- Starter (₹2,499) — Up to 5 pages, fully responsive, .in domain (1 year), hosting (1 year), SSL, basic on-page SEO. Delivery: 5–7 days.
- Growth (₹2,999) — Up to 7 pages, refined design, .in domain (1 year), hosting (1 year), SSL, basic SEO + monthly maintenance.
- Signature (₹9,999) — Up to 10 pages, custom design, any domain extension (.com / .in / .co etc.), priority hosting, deeper SEO, monthly maintenance + priority support.
2. Orders & Payment
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are one-time fees unless stated otherwise.
- Full payment is required before work begins.
- Domain registration fees and service charges become non-refundable once the domain is registered or work has commenced (see our Refund Policy).
3. Client Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate business information, content, images and timely feedback.
- You are solely responsible for the legality and ownership of any content you supply.
- Delays caused by the client may extend the delivery timeline.
4. Domain & Hosting
- Domain registration is subject to availability and the policies of the domain registrar.
- Once a domain is registered, the registration fee is non-refundable.
- Hosting and SSL are provided for the duration stated in the package (usually 1 year). Renewal is the client's responsibility after the included period.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you receive ownership of the final website design and content created specifically for you. Kasreya retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
6. Delivery Timeline
Starter packages are typically delivered in 5–7 working days after all required content and payment are received. Growth and Signature packages may take longer depending on complexity and client feedback cycles.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kasreya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Our total liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if you breach these Terms, provide false information, or engage in illegal activity.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably between the parties.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
